Klivr FAQ
Questions people ask us.
These are the questions we get most often, usually before a first call.
Questions and answers
-
What is a Skilling and Adoption System?
A Skilling and Adoption System runs around the whole programme. Before it starts, Klivr measures where each team stands. Between the training days, people get one small action for today and the manager sees where to help. After the last session, it keeps going, because that is when most change quietly falls away.
-
How does this work with our LMS?
Klivr works next to your LMS. Your LMS records that the course is done. Klivr works on either side of that: a baseline before the programme starts, and the daily practice that follows it.
-
Our people already use AI as a coach. What does Klivr add?
Their own coach stays theirs, and it works whenever they think of it. Klivr runs the other way round. The programme brings one step to them, taken from the work they are doing today. And it shows per team what is moving, while the programme runs.
-
Does Klivr take away the personal assistant people already use?
People keep their own way of preparing and sparring. Klivr sits next to it, and it covers the steps the programme asks of them. What someone prepares on their own stays with them.
-
Is Klivr a chatbot?
Klivr comes to people with one step from their own work. It measures whether that step holds. Nobody has to know what to ask.
-
Do we replace our training provider or change consultant?
They stay. Their work carries further. Klivr turns it into daily practice, and shows where the change is landing while the programme runs. So they step in at the right moment. People keep going until the new way sticks.
-
We are a consultancy. What does working with Klivr look like?
You bring the human side: the direction, the content, the coaching, the conversations that only a person can have. Klivr is the engine underneath, carrying the daily repetition between your sessions. The client relationship stays yours.
-
Where does our data live and who can see it?
The coach runs on one language model. A dated subprocessor list names the provider, the country of processing and the transfer mechanism where one sits outside the European Union. Our privacy page carries the rest, and we sign a data processing agreement before any personal data is processed.
-
Can a manager see what an individual said?
A manager sees the team picture. A reflection carries a name after the person releases it, and only then. Until five people have responded, the system shows a phase signal in place of a score.
-
What does our works council need?
Consent under article 27 of the Dutch Works Councils Act (ondernemingsraad, WOR) applies, both for processing personal data and for personnel monitoring systems. The design makes that conversation straightforward: team level by default, the employee decides what gets shared, and a minimum group size. We provide an information pack in Dutch on request.
-
What does it cost?
A base fee plus a rate per participant, so the price follows the size of a programme. That rate has two phases: an active rate while a programme runs, and a much lower rate afterwards while the change settles in. Consulting is priced separately, only if you want it. You start with one topic and one group. You see the result first. Then you scale it.
