What is a Skilling and Adoption System?
A Skilling and Adoption System runs around the whole programme. Before it starts, Klivr measures where each team stands. Between the training days, people get one small action for today and the manager sees where to help. After the last session, it keeps going, because that is when most change quietly falls away.
Buyers ask which box that fits in. Below is the honest answer for each of the five systems people compare us with.
Is Klivr an LMS?
Klivr works next to the LMS you already have. Your LMS records that the course is done. Klivr works on either side of that: a baseline before the programme starts, and the daily practice that follows it.
An LMS answers the question "did they take it". Klivr answers the question "do they do it", and it answers it as a figure: an adoption percentage per team, not a completion rate.
Is Klivr an LXP or a skills platform?
Klivr measures two separate things about a single change, and it keeps them apart on purpose. An LXP gives people a path through content and helps them grow over time. These two questions sit next to each other.
- How far someone is in this change. Aware, Willing, Knows, Can do, Sticks.
- How strong someone is in the topic. Five levels, from first steps to expert.
Keeping them apart makes one pattern visible that a single scale hides: the person who wants to, and can, and still does not. That pattern is the reason Klivr exists.
Is Klivr a change management consultancy?
Consultants are our partners. The consultant designs the change and guides the leadership team. Klivr is the system that makes the design happen every day, and it keeps going until the new way sticks. Your name stays on the result.
Is Klivr an AI coach?
An AI coach is a conversation. You bring the question, it answers, and what happens next is yours to work out. That helps one person with one next step. But most goals are not one person's. A whole department has to work in a new way at the same time.
Klivr starts from the behaviour rather than from the question. It turns behavioural science into one small action for today, chosen for where that person stands and mapped across five phases from aware to sticks. Nobody has to know what to ask, and two people on the same course do not get the same step.
So Klivr gives each person a step for today, and gives the manager a view of the team: which phase the team is in, and where to help this week. The manager sees the team. Names stay with the person, unless they choose to share. Our privacy page carries what a manager sees and what stays with the person.
Is Klivr a digital adoption platform?
Klivr works on behaviour in the work itself, and the topic can be anything your programme is about: leadership, AI, customer focus, safe and honest working, or a new way of planning. A digital adoption platform guides people through the screens of one piece of software and counts the clicks.
Built for the modern enterprise
Klivr is made for European organisations from 500 employees, in any sector: public bodies, healthcare, education, financial services, and large commercial organisations.
These organisations have the same shape. The work is spread over many teams and many managers. Every team moves at its own speed. And change does not arrive once a year. It arrives all the time.
Why this is a system and not a project
People leave and new people arrive. Your team's level drops without anyone noticing. Klivr brings new people up to speed on what your team already knows.
That is also why change management is changing shape. Programmes used to arrive one at a time, with a start and an end. Now several run at once and a new one begins before the last one has landed. For something that never stops, you need a system that never stops.
